The commonly used agriculture spare parts mainly include:
1. Agricultural tires
Qualified agricultural tires have trademarks, models, specifications, number of layers and cord materials on both sides of the tires, which are clear and eye-catching, and some are also printed with production numbers and inspection stamps; the surface of the inner tube should be smooth and bright. The hand is elastic. If the surface of the outer tire is incomplete or fuzzy, the inner tube is dull, the carcass is thin and uneven in thickness, and the hand is inelastic, it is a defective product.
2. Threaded parts
The appearance of the qualified products should be smooth, no rust, no defects, continuous screw, no burrs, no cracks. Screw the test piece together with the standard fittings, it should be able to screw to the terminal, and there is no jamming phenomenon during the screwing process; after screwing, there should be no shaking and impact sound when the connecting piece is pulled. Cracks, burrs and other defects, the connecting piece will shake after twisting, it is an inferior product.
The qualified gear should be packaged in good condition, the tooth surface should be smooth without cutting marks and burrs, and coated with anti-rust oil (or waxing). No scratches or only fine scratches. If there are burrs, cuts, rust on the gear surface, chips and scratches (insufficient hardness) when scratching, the quality is poor.
4. V belt
Qualified V-belts have smooth surfaces, seamless joints, and clear logos such as trademarks, specifications, and manufacturer names on the outer circumference. The lengths of V-belts of the same model should be the same. If the V-belt is rough in appearance, the glue joint is not flat or open, the edge of the cord is exposed, there is no logo or the logo is blurred, and the length of each V-belt is different, indicating that it is a fake and inferior product.
5. V pulley
The surface of the qualified V-belt pulley has no pores and cracks, and the belt groove is smooth. When the V-belt is buckled with the belt groove, the V-belt is slightly higher than the groove and the bottom of the V-belt is not in contact with the bottom of the groove. If defects such as wheel groove pores are found, and the shape of the groove surface does not match the qualified V-belt, it is an inferior part.
All good chains are coated with anti-rust oil and come with a certificate of conformity. The connecting plate is smooth, free of burrs and black, and the rivets at both ends of the pins are even. The axis is vertical), use 2 fingers to clamp the middle of the chain and lift it slowly. When the two ends of the chain start to leave the glass surface, stop lifting. At this time, the middle of the chain should be less than 10mm away from the glass plate, otherwise the gap is too large.
7. Piston ring
The surface of the qualified parts is fine and clean, no manufacturing defects, no distortion and good elasticity; when the edges and corners of the piston ring are marked with the broken stubble of the steel strip, the edges and corners of the ring are not damaged. If the piston ring is inelastic, the surface is rough, and the edges and corners are damaged, the quality of the piston ring is poor.
Qualified filter paper has a microporous gap between 0.04-0.08mm. The filter paper is arranged in an orderly manner, hard and firm, and will not deform after oil absorption. From the oil pressure, it is not easy to deform. If the filter paper is soft, the arrangement is disordered, the mesh size is different, and the filter paper is not firmly connected to the upper and lower trays, it means that the quality is not good.
Qualified imported ball bearings are made of high-quality bearing steel. The inner and outer rings and cages should be as bright as a mirror after wiping off the anti-rust oil, and should be as smooth and delicate as glass when touched by hand; The origin and date of manufacture should be clearly and conspicuously marked; the rivets between the cages should be riveted evenly, and the rivet heads should be straight and not biased.
Support the inner ring with one hand, and rotate the outer ring with the other hand, the outer ring should be able to rotate quickly and freely, and then stop gradually; make a mark on the outer ring, each time it stops, the stop position of the mark should be different; Hold the inner and outer rings so that they can move relative to each other in the radial and axial directions. There should be no gap feeling. Only larger bearings can feel the gap, but there should be no metal impact sound.
If the bearing mark is blurred, the appearance is dull, there is a gap in the shaking, the outer ring stops at the same position, there are chips or scratches when filing and scratching, and the cage is rusted, etc., indicating that the bearing quality is unqualified.
10. Oil seal
The surface of the qualified rubber oil seal should be flat and smooth, without defects and deformation, with the code, specification and manufacturer on the side. The shape and thickness of the cutting edge on the entire circumference of the oil seal should be consistent. It should be tightly fitted, the shape of the oil seal with the skeleton should be correct, the end face is a perfect circle, and it can be attached to the surface of the flat glass without deflection. The oil seal spring with spring should be free of rust and deformation, and the spring should be tightly fastened in the lip without slack. If the oil seal of the FAG bearing has an irregular shape, defect, weakened elasticity, uneven thickness of the lip, and corrosion of the spring, the quality is unqualified.ns.
